Whether you are a seasoned athlete, frequent gym goer, fitness class lover or movement novice, you can benefit from customized personal training that focuses on improving total-body mobility, increasing resiliency to injury, and maximizing results. In our Movement sessions, I will work with you one-on-one to optimize every aspect of your movement practice; from increased flexibility, to gains in strength, to building muscle-- a comprehensive movement program will challenge you to grow in ways you didn't know were possible and reveal optimal results.
As your coach I will challenge you with compassion, keep you accountable to accomplishing your goals, and maintain a disciplined yet flexible programming that will evolve as you grow and be 100% individualized for your body.

Group Coaching
Yoga or Strength/Mobility Classes
Group Classes
Whether it’s yoga or mobility/strength training, moving your body is more fun with friends! Deepen your yoga or movement practice with your friends either on-location or virtually. One class per week for the duration of the month.
In our classes, I will work with you as a group (while giving individualized attention to each individual) help everyone increase flexibility, gain strength, and build muscle (all while having fun with your friends).
Classes are typically all-level and designed to be progressive so that each class becomes increasingly more challenging. The type of class and main focus/goal for your class’s program is dependent on your goals as a group as all programs are customizable.
While yoga and mobility/strength classes are bodyweight training, minimal equipment may be required (such as a yoga mat). For on-location classes some equipment will be provided.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do you have a desire to make big changes but feel overwhelmed? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as feeling good in your body, redefining your relationship with food, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will help you live in alignment with your goals and authentic self.
